I really need more muscle on my arms and legs so I can fit in jeans much better. How could I do this?
I always can never fit in jeans or shirts proberly. I want to have more muscle on my legs and arms so I can fit in clothes much better. Please help and give me suggestions on how to fit in clothes better or help me with my exact measurments based on my height and weight and stuff.

if your more on the skinny side, your going to definately want to start eating more. as for the exercises, your going to want to hit the gym and work with heavy weight to get a better boost in muscle size.
start with the basic exercises like squats, bench press, curls, types of triceps extensions…etc. just make sure your going heavy and explosive while still using proper form.
