I have some questions on losing weight so i can start as soon as possible?

how many calories am i supposed to take a day?
how many calories am i supposed to burn a day?
What are some exercises i can do at home with no equipment?
(Im a 14 yr old female, 5’3 and weight 172 pounds)i would like to lose at least 2-3 pounds per week.

well the normal person should eat 2000 calories a day but if your trying to lose weight i suggest 1000-1200 calories and then burn like 300.

Sorry i cant really help u with the first 2 but something i do to lose weight is watch music videos and do the dances u lose a ton of weight!

Don’t count calories. Just watch what you eat. Minimize carbs, like breed and pasta. Eat lean meat like chicken and and lots of vegetables.
You can do sit-ups, leg lifts, push-ups, squats, and run.

If you can be patient and accept one pound a week, you need to save about 500 cals a day combining nutrition and exercise.
Maybe a bit more is possible but don’t starve yourself. Eat 1500-1700 cals and exercise.

Good job for trying to lose weight because 172 at 14 is overweight…not that I need to tell you that. But losing 2-3lbs a week can be very difficult. For you, I would reccomend eating around 1300-1500 calories per day. To burn at least 1-2lbs a week you should be burning between 250-500 calories a day. Start slow like taking a soccer ball or a basket ball to a park or something. Just get out there and be active. Or get involved in a school sport 🙂
