How do you stop exercised induced nausea?
basically new to exercise and really out of shape (and only 16 so it aint good) anyway had my first session and I worked really hard but half way through felt really sick and couldn’t move very well or exercise properly. I know I might have been overdoing it but how do I avoid this happening yet still push myself hard so I loose the weight quickly??

Don’t start off so hard. Pace yourself. You’re not going to lose the weight if you have to stop half way through because you’re so tired!!
