I went on Chantix, so my side effects were vivid dreams, and some nausea. I also gained 20 lbs in 3 months. Going cold turkey causes headaches, nicotine withdrawal, weight gain, jitteryness, mood swings, insomnia….you name it and people have experienced it when they quit.
If you have just quit congradulations.

    1- agitation!
    #2- Cranky
    #3- sweating
    #4- foul breath
    #5- increased food intake

Tobacco withdrawl is worse than heroine withdrawl!
it takes months even years for the cravings to go away

Tobacco works on the pleasure sensors in the brain, its hard to retrain them if you have smoked for a long time!
