Fatty tring to lose weight, any tips?

Okay i am 17 and I am 5′7 and I weight about 192lbs. I know I am really fat and obese for my age. See my problem is when I was younger I went on a no sugar diet(meaning I didn’t work out at all I only drank water and cut out all of my sugars completely). While I was on that diet I went from 180lbs to about 150lbs in a couple of months very quickly. Now years have passed and I gained back all that weight and then some and have some loose flabby skin on my arms from when I lost the weight. This time I want to do it right. So does anyone have any advice on how I can tighten up that skin?. I don’t want to do cosmetic surgary. I also want to lose the weight again so very desperately. Does anyone have any advice on how I can lose the weight a little fatser?
Cause now I am actually going to the gym 6x a day and when I go there I go on the treadmill for 30min to do cardio which I hear makes you lose weight quickly. I want to go down to 145lbs by next year June for prom and graduation. So do you think I can do it if I go the gym 6x a day? I usually burn 364 calories at the gym and I’m trying to increase it everytime I go. I only drink water and only eat sweets once a weekend. My only problem is what to eat to help me with my low calorie diet cause I’m known for snacking and those calories add up. i want to eat something that will keep me full.

    It sounds like you are off to a healthy start with your cardio! The snacking is always the killer, isn’t it? I really recommend the 100 calorie snack packs. They are portion controlled and lower in fat than other snacks, plus they will satisfy your sweet tooth. In fact, since having those in the house, I haven’t eaten a real candy bar in almost a year!

    The key for you because of your age is to make sure you are getting protein and dairy. Try lean proteins like turkey and chicken. You can also find fat free refried beans, which are fantastic! Also, for dairy, there are so many fat free options now. Look for Weight Watchers shredded cheeses and packaged cream cheese: these are portion controlled, which is helpful when trying to lose weight.

    You also may want to talk to your doctor about your loose skin. Depending on how much you have, you may be able to tone it with a weight lifting plan (note on that: you should make sure you are alternating strength training with cardio…it will tone your body and help you lose weight faster. Try to start out with two days a week of 30 minutes of strength training with light weights).

    You don’t say if your family supports your weight loss. Try to see if you can take control of your grocery shopping, or at least go with your parents when they shop.     Woah! you got a long road ahead of you. Personally I think you can do it. Anything is possible. However, if you want to lose weight like that that quickly I think you should set like weekly goals for yourself and take it one day at a time. For example since you weigh 192 now say to yourself by the end of this month I will weigh 188lbs and keep going from there. Don’t get me wrong that is a great goal for yourself and I truly believe you can do it, everything depends on how you think. Also going to the gym 6x a week is a great idea. Just make sure when you got to the gym to lift some weights as well. Also its great that you set your calorie burning goals higher everythime you go to the gym.

    As for the diet don’t really diet just watch your calories meaning you should burn more calories than you take in. I know how it feels when you get bored and just happen to gravitate towards the fridge. So when you get bored you should eat very low calorie snacks that are filling like trail mix etc.
