Cucumbers, tomatoes and mineral water with gas.
Breakfast: salad made from cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce. Start with a glass of mineral water with gas, then salad. Medium sized banana.
Lunch: the same salad. A peach or an apple. A handful of raisins or any other dry fruit (no sugar covered dry fruit!)
Dinner: salad, two large baked potatoes, two peaches. The next day substitute potatoes by a piece of boiled chicken, then the next day potatoes again.
If you want something sweet, eat raisin, dry apples, dry apricots.
If feel suddenly hungry, eat a large apple, a large orange or a pear.
Drink a glass of water with gas before every meal.
You can’t lose weight off specific parts of your body, you will lose if off everything (your breast will go first).

Emmie the best way to lose weight is to reduce your caloric intake, but you also want to insure that you get the nutrients that your body needs, I lost 65 lbs doing a supplemental program replacing two meals with a delicious protein shake and taking multivitamins and eating one well balanced colorful meal a day. I have also kept this weight off for over a year now. go to http://www.loseweightnow.com/healthysolutions this is where I found my program
Exercises will also help to tone and tighten the muscles in your stomach butt and thighs.
Best of luck to you, if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

examine your eating habits and throw in some excercise to supplement it.

    I would reccomend the following:

1- doccument what you eat now, keep a journal and substitute poor nutrition foods for good ones.

2- don’t call it a diet- it is a change in eating habits, people who “go on a diet” are more often than not yo yo dieters and will be fatter when they “go off” thier diet.

3- some basic things to do now if you don’t already do them would be:

a- NO MORE SOFT-DRINKS water is the only acceptable beverage unless you have squeezed or juiced the fruit and veggies yourself- even then it is far better nutritionallly to just eat them. all commercial juices have added sugar, in some cases coca cola is better for you than that sugar laden fruit drink. niether should be drank by you EVER again.

b- avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup and trans fats

c- most of your carbohydrates should come from veggies or foods that are considered low glycemic load on the glycemic load scale- print a chart. glycemic index is inherently flawed as it doesn’t take portion size into account. use the glycemic load as an indicator.

d- learn about proper nutrition. most diets have something to offer and are not junk science (except FAtkins which may show immediate results short term, but causes health problems long term. FAtkins is not junk science, it is just bad information). most diets actually try to take the basic nutriton principles and package it with thier own twist to make it sound better than everone else. learn proper nutrition so you understand the reasoning and science behind the diet.

If you are talking about UK sizes, then you really need to worry about more important things. No-one needs to be under a size 8 unless they are naturally built that way and you obviously aren’t or you wouldn’t need to diet.

Unecessary dieting is bad for your health and lowers your life expectancy. Is it really worth risking your health for the sake of being a size 6? If the answer to this question is yes, then I’m sorry to say you are a victim of this ‘size 0’ obessed society and you should seek professional help.
