What is better for losing weight?

I’ve got in front of me two options. Apple Cider Vinegar and Acai Berry. Which one of these two are better for losing weight, with a low fat controlled diet?
I am eating less and doing exercises, Just need something to give me a kick start. Not only using the pills for losing weight without exercises or eating the same!!! Not that stupid!
Not asking for ways to lose weight, just to know which is better

    You don’t need either! Just stick to your low fat diet, end of. Only drink water and get some exercise. Stay away from alcohol. Doing that along with low fat foods, lean meats, little dairy the weight will come off. Count the calories – aim to only have 1500 calories a day until u reach your desired weight and then eat 2000 a day to sustain it.
