Loose Weight Quickly?

I want to loose some weight very quickly, because I have an event coming up. I know a lot on this subject, and I know how to loose weight gradually, but I need to loose some weight very quickly. Any ideas on how to do so?

    just excercise a lot and eat healthy
    find a good exercise program that is fun for you but that still helps you loose weight
    instead of that bowl of ice cream you eat at night try a nice healthy apple

    well what ever happened to the excersize?? ..but if your in a hurry for that event then you can try the lemonade diet.. hey, beyonce tried it and it worked and so did i..lol

    2 Tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
    2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
    1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
    8 oz water

    drink that for a week but cut back on ALL the fatty foods .. good luck
