Is this normal?

I’ve come to realize how drastically my mood affects my appetite. I for the most part have a average appetite. nothing diffrent but I’ve come to realize that if I become upset/mad or depressed I loose my appetite completly. for example today at work, I had started at 6:30 and ate breafast at 6. by 2 in the afternoon I was hungry and did not get the chance to eat something small or what not. so I ended up getting a stomache from not eating in that period of time. Until something came up which was unplesant and my stomache went away and so did my hunger compeltly. which I found odd cause I was feeling so hungry and how it went away that quickly. there has been times where some serious bad things have occured and I end up not eating at all in the whole day, which ends up me loosing weight very quickly and very unhealthy. if I try to eat when I feel down, I end up wanting to throw up. Is this normal?

    I think so, it depends of the person: some people stop eating when they are upset, some eat much more just to feel a sort of control over the difficult situation. It should not be a big problem, unless it affects your normal weight (if you loose too much go to the doc).

    well when u try to eat when ur upset it does make u feel sick on the other hand u should try to eat at regular intervals everyday even though u have a tight schedule ur health comes first no matter what the circumstances to answer ur question yes this is normal millions of Americans are going through the same thing ur going through on the other hand its not healthy… so try to eat at the same time everyday 6 am? 11 am? snack on something at 3 and eat dinner whenever lol hope this helps!
