I am very confused about how much calories I need to injest per day in relation to calories burned through exe?

a year ago I was a size 2 but was sick and gained 40 pounds. I want to go back to being a size 2 – I miss my size 2 clothes!!! I wan’t to lose the 40 pounds as fast as humanly possible while still being healthy

how do I know how many calories to eat in one day and then how many of those calories to burn through exercise per day if I wan’t to loose weight quickly?

    1000- 1200 calories per day if you want to lose the weight fast-ish.
    400 Calories for breakfast
    300 Calories for lunch
    50- 100 calories for afternoon tea
    200-250 calories for dinner
    Dinner should be your smallest meal because sleeping with lots of food in your stomach, causes the food to become fat.
    Exercise for three hours each day but have breaks in between each hour.
    10 Minutes of skipping (with a rope) burns 100 calories, so one hour and forty minutes of skipping burns 1000 calories!
    Do some swimming, running, crunches, sit ups, dancing, squats, anything that will help you burn calories, even jumping on a trampoline burns calories!
