okay i know i have asked ridiculous questions on how to lose weight fast. but now its time to get serious. i really need to know how to lose arm, belly, leg, and neck fat completely in one month. i want serious answers. i know i said that on my ridiculous questions. but this is a serious question. HOW DO I LOSE THE FAT IN ONE MONTH?!?!? please answer seriously. not the silly answers. i need and want serious answers.

    -Anyways drink atleast 8-12 glasses of water each day..
    – run for 30 min. do the eliptical for 30 min. 6 days a week
    -eat healthy! eat 5-6 small meals per day!

    well thats about all i know.. but good luck! The key to losing weight isnt working out like crazy or eating nothing.. its about consistancy! so dont give up! keep on going no matter what!
