How to loose weight in 2 weeks quickly?

I know its unhealthy, but whats a good way to loose at least 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks??

    eat mostly fruits and vegetables for a while. exercise everyday. try running. but only do as much as you can do, and pleeeeeease don’t do anything unhealthy.

    Eat health breakfast within 20 min of waking up. NO fast food or anything fattening. Cut half of the carb intake. So eat lean meat and veggies. and here is the key – eat dinner early by 6 pm then do not eat anything after 6. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.

    My aunt wanted to get slimmer because my cousin’s birthday was coming up and we all had to wear dresses. So what she did was like one or two pc. of bread in the morning, like 3 spoonfuls of food in lunch, and another three spoonfuls of food at dinner. Nothing else. She got noticeably slimmer in a short amount of time. I wouldn’t do it myself, but if you need to like, fit in a dress for some kind of event like my aunt, well then do it.
