    Try interval training for 20 to 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. Interval training is a mix of high intensity and low intensity cardio. I do 5 minutes of brisk walking, 30 seconds to 2 minutes of sprints. Do this for 20 to 30 minutes a day and you’ll lose weight. Also, watch what you eat and when you eat.
