How long do i have to run to lose weight quickly?

Im willing to do anything…i think. =P I just need a little motivation and a good work out plan. Can someone help me?

    Well, here’s a good starting plan.
    Walk briskly for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. After you get acclimated to that, make it 40 minutes, then 50, then an hour. After you get comfortable with an hour walk, you may jog or bike and build your stamina up to an hour again. Your diet should be no more than 20% from fat, and drink lots of water and vegetables and fruits.

    You have to do exercise for more than 50 min. If you do exercise for 10 min and then 5 min of rest there is no point in doing it.
    I recommend you to run or walk every day for an hour and you will loose weight.
