how do loose weight quickly heres my story?

im 16 and a sophmore in high school, i have always had a weight issue but i have never been unactive and for the past 2 years i have been some what watching what i eat. well since new years of this year i decided to kick it into high gear drinking nothing but water or flavored water, cutting out all sweets and actually eating a small breakfast….. my schedule consists of a piece of toast for breakfast(wheat) ,then tuna with crackers for lunch, and mainly chicken salad for dinner(baked). i have ran a mile or 2 everyother day but i have yet to see any progression in my weight and it has actually been increasing, any suggestions please help!!
