how did you loose you baby wieght so quickly?

What did you do to loose it? and is it hard to loss the weight?

    I’m on my first, but I’ve seen some miracles just by milking yourself or breastfeeding.

    i didnt it took me a year from a hard workout at the gym 3 times a week, and on weight watchers 26 pts a day.. and i actually didnt lose all the weight.. i could have lost an extra 7 or 8 lbs.. but i didnt!…

    and yes it is hard.. baby weight is probably one of the hardest things to loose.

    i didnt exercise..i just watched what i ate and thats it.
    but everyone is different when it comes to loosing your baby weight.

    i just had my 2nd 16 days ago and at my pre pregnancy weight as of 4 days ago (128lbs) . I only gained 18lbs w/ eating healthy & exercise prior & through out my pregnancy . Plus breast feeding helped wonders !
