2.training you can do at home
3.and what you can eat and drink too be healthier and fitter

    My family and I are doing a sugar challenge where we try our best to not eat any sweets for however long you have the desire to do that for. Also, just eat as healthy as possible, and drink plenty of water. You could run on the track, ride bike, or walk, too.
