need help getting fit fast?

Basically im 12 yrs old and im starting high school in about 3 days ,i know i cant get fit in that time but i just want to be more active and healthier but quite fast any ideas on how i can become fitter

    Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink 8 bottles of water a day
    Run 1-2 miles a day
    2 min jump roping
    1min jumping jacks

    Your young, so don’t diet.
    However, eating healthy is always good to get into shape.
    Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, try and have at least the recommended 5 daily portions.
    Ask your parents to buy you brown bread instead of white and wholemeal pasta. Carbohydrates are very important for everyday life as they provide energy, but swapping to wholemeal is more healthy.
    Swap some unhealthy snacks like crisps and chocolate for healthier snacks like nuts, dried fruit and of course as much fresh fruit and veg as you like.
    However, the occasional treat is fine, so if you fancy a little chocolate have a square!

    Try and be active. Do things like walking, jogging or swimming. You could also sign up for an activity down your local Leisure centre, such as gymnastics, trampolining or tennis.

    But remember, your still young and your body is still going to change a lot, so don’t worry about your appearance too much, i know all young girls want to slim and toned, but as long as you eat healthy and keep active then you’ll be exactly as your meant to be.
