I need help with methods of getting rid of belly fat?

Preferably ways that do not involve going to a gym, or running. I need a way to burn this pudgy belly. Over all I am very thin and athletic, but my belly is just starting to get a little flabby. After I get the fat gone i will work on toning it again, maybe I should be doing both at once? What are some exercises I can do for this?

    If you don’t go to the gym or don’t run then you will continue to have a pudgy belly. There are numerous exercises to add muscle to your stomach which will help but lifestyle changes are what makes people lose weight such as eating healthier and burning off some calories weather its running or even other physical activities since many can’t stand just basic running. Even though you said you a thin and athletic all over many people carry the fat they have differently and you could just carry it in your stomach. So more than likely ab/back exercises coupled with just less intake of calories should work.

    it’s simple. It’s called walking. Stop driving/riding the bus and walk every where you go. A woman I know lost 100 pounds in one year by doing this. She also used portion control. But rain or shine, she walked. Up and down the stairs, to and from work. Walk walk walk.
    It’s going to be hard in a driving culture not to walk. But how far is too far to walk? one mile? 5 miles? 10?
    I’ve started walking too and I feel better already. Plus you can’t beat the free vitamin D!

    Also, take another look at your diet. Are you getting enough whole grains? Whole grains will make you feel fuller with the same amount of food as processed grains do.

    We have all heard that sit-ups and crutches help you lose weight in the abdomen but it actually only ends up strengthening the abdomen muscles. Spot training won’t banish the fat, so isolating belly as an area to lose weight will not work.
    Weight training- It is the best way lose the belly fat. Muscles burn more calories than fat so using weights helps to do that.
    Aerobic exercises- there are the other exercises like jogging, swimming, dancing and sports like tennis which gives the body an overall workout and ensure that you don’t get that ‘extra tyre’ around your waist.
