Fat creams and gels do not work at all. People spend millions of dollars every year on false hope. If you wanna lose weight, there’s only one way to do it. Diet and excersise.
I can give you some awesome tips and ideas, but if you still wanna try the creams you’re gonna be wasting your time and money
