Weight loss advice?

I’m 19 yrs old and I realy wanna loose weight. I’m not obese but I’m a little chunky I wanna loose my tummy and I wanna tighten my legs, glutes, and arms. None of the clothes I like to wear look good on me anymore. I’ve been so depressed I cry all the time just because of how much my bodies changed in just one year. I’ve been tryina loose weight by eatin healthy but I get tired of eating the same healthy foods all the time. I try and work out also but I get tired quickly, I wish I were rich and able to get my own trainer to show me how to work out cuz I just don’t know how. I wanna look good in my clothes again and feel good. Be able to wear a bathing suite without feeling ashamed. But I dunno know how to go about loosing weight and toning up my legs arms and glutes. Any advice??? Please help I would really appreciate it.

    Try eating only one large meal a day. But make it filling and healthy. That is the fastest weight-losing diet. You will lose a lot of weight rapidly. And also drink ONLY water. A lot of fat and calories come out of soft drinks, even diet ones. RUN, on the treadmill or outside and make sure u sweat a lot. Do a lot of cardio workouts, and fat burning workouts. It’s all in the sweat. Start lifting weights to turn the fat into muscle.

    workout in the morning cuz thats the time wen u’ll lose fat…..in any other time of the day ur body is gonna need 30 mins to get in the fat loss zone and then lose fat but in the morning u directly lose fat

    try playing sports…..i play soccer with my brother and i dont always win cuz i’m a girl playing with a guy but i was amazed to know how time passes in these sports
    we play every morning for 30 mins and time passes so quickly and its so much fun

    u should jog every morning and in the afternoon play soccer, basketball, or hockey with ur siblings or friends
    then buy a skipping rope and jump for 10 mins everyday….i know that skipping really makes ur legs lean
    try jumping jacks and stay active cuz if you’re active you’d automatically lose 2000 calories per day…if ur lazy then abt 1000 or 1500 calories
    and most important even though it sounds stupid—–sleep well….it was in a study that most americans are obese cuz of sleeping loss
    i think its true…..wen i had a sleeping disorder i gained 5 pounds but wen my insomnia was over i got back my weight

    stay totally vegetarian untl u get ur weight

    if u have a good diet of 1100 calories per day u’ll lose 10 pounds in two months or even less depending on ur body type without exercise
    if u exercise u could lose probably 20 per month
