Do those fat loss pills really work? If they do, which one is the best?

I want to drop some fat so that my six pack can come back. Also I feel my face has gotten a little bit chubby. My cardio routine seems to be getting the rest of my body toned up but it’s not dropping the fat I want.

Do any fat loss pills, supplements work or are they all a fad?

    Most weight loss pills do work, but the problem is the cost a lot of money and once you get off them you gain all your weight back.
