What work out routines should i do to lose weight?

I am 25 yrs old male, I am 5-7 and weigh 178lbs. My belt size is a 33-34. What work outs should i do to lose weight in the mid-section, butt, and the thighs without increasing the muscle size during cardio. I know along with a proper diet. How many reps, how much time running, etc. As much information would help since it is summer time.

    Cardio, cardio, cardio. Any weight lifting you’ll do will add muscle mass. Cardio simply burns fat, but doesn’t cause you to bulk up. Run, bike, use the elliptical – anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it there for an extended period of time. I’d start with half an hour of cardio per day and increase it as you can.
