What kind of green tea helps you lose weight?

Like what company and hot or cold? Also how much do i drink a day? I work out 5 times a week and am a vegan but cant seem to lose weight so i wanted to try thiss. Thanks!

    Any green tea will work. Its organic and that is why it is so good for you. But yes you should replace it with all soda’s due to the fact that is bad for your bod!

    Here’s what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way.

    The reality is that there are no shortcuts or easy ways to get in good shape. Sorry, but someone needed to tell you this.
    As long as you get conscious about what you are doing, you will see the results.

    Below you will find the four principles that you need to keep in mind in your weight-loss journey.

    1.Forget About Diets

    People that go from diet to diet never reach a stable weight, let alone a good shape. The reason is quite simple: diets are, by their very nature, temporary. You can’t expect to eat properly for two or three weeks and fix your weight problems for the rest of the year.

    2.Proper Nutrition

    If you want to keep your weight and fat percentage under control, you will need to learn the basics of nutrition. Once you learn them, you will be able to eat healthy throughout the year.

    3.Physical Exercise

    Eating healthy and having a caloric deficit will only take you half the way. The other key factor is physical exercise.

    4.Discipline and Perseverance

    You can start eating healthy and exercising properly, but unless you stick doing it regularly, the results won’t appear (if they do, they won’t last).

    Green tea has a lot of antioxidants which are healthy for your heart, and good to consume. But it won’t help with weight loss. The only thing that truly works is physical exercise. You can only lose weight by using more calories than you consume. Green tea may be healthy, but will not cause a reduction in weight. Try going on a 20 minute run maybe 4-5 times or more a week, at a nice and steady pace. The best thing for weight loss is aerobic/cardio workouts. Swimming is a great activity too. Your problem may also be that your workouts aren’t varied enough. You say you work out 5 times a week which is great, but if you’re doing the same workout, it becomes less effective. Switch it up by trying something new. If you do go running all of the time, then try weight lifting or something. Or do intervals, doing uphill sprints and taking some rest in between is also a great exercise. Not only does this help to be in better shape, it keeps things more interesting and exciting.
