What is the fastest possible way to lose weight?

Disclaimer: This is for research I’m doing on nutrition and weight loss, so don’t worry. I’m a healthy person at a good weight.

Now, what would be the fastest way to lose weight? I’m talking like REALLY fast, without taking health into account. Would someone just stop eating altogether? What do anorexic people do to lose like 40 pounds in a month?

Again, save me the disclaimers, please. I know already. I’m not looking for advice or something crazy. Just research.

    Have a job, and put your heart and energy on that. It’s very useful.
    Eat breakfast.Don’t eat too much at lunch. Just make sure you’re full. Don’t eat snacks at a very latert time after supper.
    Eat various kind of vegetables.

    God gave us teeth for a reason… Therefore we should develop a habit of chewing all food including liquid food and soft foods like sweets, ice creams at least 8 to 12 times. This is essential to add saliva to the food, as it is only in the saliva that sugar is digested. Often we find that whatever goes into our mouth goes down like lightning. We hardly give the saliva any time to act on the food. So does digestion take place like it should’ Do we just stuff our tummies with food that doesn’t get digested or in other words that doesn’t yield the benefits that it should’

    Either starve yourself or do what Bulimic people do and throw up after every meal. These will basically have the same effect.

    Of course if you have exercise while doing this you will probably lose weight faster but might die lol. I’m sure you know the risks but you said not to mention it.

    I’m curious to see what other people say.

    Yeah, I’d have to say just not eating anything at all. Your body would go into starvation mode and start storing everything that you did put in it, so you’d have to literally not eat ANYTHING at all. You would probably pass out more than once or at least get really dizzy to the point of passing out. I’ve read about an anorexic model not having anything but lettuce and Diet Coke for several months. That particular model died of heart failure. Her body just couldn’t take it. I’ts so sad that people do that to themselves because of low self esteems.

    Losing 40 lbs in 4 weeks is basically simple starvation, it is a potentially fatal option.

    “Your body needs a certain amount of calories each day to maintain performance of normal activities, such as walking, breathing, sleeping, and thinking. Depending on your size, your body will require a different amount of calories each day.

A meal of jelly beans and ding dongs that equals your daily caloric needs will not help you lose weight because these types of food are not nutrient sources that your body can use efficiently.

    Eating right is a vital component of any weight loss plan, but it’s also very important to ensure that you get enough exercise. Combine aerobic exercise activities (also know as cardio) like walking, jogging or cycling with weight training (it doesn’t have to be anything too intense, but it helps a lot to lift some weights) to maximize your weight loss.”
