    The slower you loose it, the easier it will be to maintain when you reach your goal weight.
    About 1-2lbs a week is good, to do this you need to cut back 500-100 kcal per day, either byt not eating that much or exercising, or idealy both.

    it depends on your age, u can loose easily as a teen or early 20s, for this age u can even go for 2 lbs daily loss,
    but if u r in late 20s then 3-5 lbs per week
    if in 30s then 1-2 lbs per week.
    above that age 1-2 lbs per 2 weeks with consultation of a doctor as well,.. as most of people in 40s may have hypertension or diabetes or heart problems, Over weight people get all these more commonly then average weight people
