What is the easiest way to lose belly fat?

I’m 5’3 and I weigh 113 lbs. I’m skinny, but I have a lot of belly fat that I would like to get rid of, I REALLY want a flat tummy! What’s the easiest way to get a flat belly?

    The easisest way is to ruun, or do lots of sit-ups, crunches, or bench sits .

    50 – 100 sit ups a day for 3 months although you will lose fat you will gain muscle which in turn gains weight since muscle is heavier then fat.

    Watch this video. She’s a fitness instructor. And this works. It’s extremely easy. Just foods full of water, like fruits, before noon.

    there are a whole bunch of factors why we develop belly fat, like lack of exercise (mostly due to office work) the food we eat, lifestyle, & etc.. and there are even more alarming causes like bodily parasites (no kidding I’ve read about this) so first things first, re examine your the way you live and develop solutions through them. or you could always ask a fitness trainer which can be pricey.

    How about changing your diet.

    1. No soda
    2. No caffiene
    3. No Diet Soda or Sugar Free stuff.. ( your body gets all confused)
    4. Eat a good breakfast, lil snack, lunch, light dinner
    5. No heavy meals past 6PM you don’t want a lot of food in your belly when you’re sleeping.
    6. No TV Get outside and PLAY
    7. Play a sport and feel challenged
    8. Try it workd i tried it.
