Apart from the obvious.. Chocolate sweets cakes crisps biscuits etc…

    One thing that I learned recently is to avoid wholemeal bread as it bloats you… rather eat oatmeal bread.

    soy sauce blots you for a day.
    so Chinese and and other oriental food with that isn’t exactly the best.

    The key to successful healthy eating (diets don’t work) is moderation, not elimination or denial. Reducing calorie intake along with reducing fat intake will result in weight loss.Add exercise, as simple as brisk walking fo up to an hour/day 5 days/week and you will lose more.

    Cut down on carbs: breads, rice, pasta. Lower intake of all fats, anything fried, rich sauces.
