ok.. some help with cutting after I bulked?
I bulked for a solid few months.. I feel like I need to get more fit again before I keep getting bigger, so I want to cut until I reach 155-160 again. I currently weigh 169-173. I eat a good amount of protein every day and lift weights. If I wanna cut how much cardio should I add to my daily routine to maximize fatloss without muscle loss?

ease up on the carbs…eat more protein and do cardio…pleanty of water is cool too.
