How to lose weight quickly and effectively?

I have been working very hard to lose weight. I been running/walking, lifting to tone lower body, and watching and cutting back on what I eat. Yet I can not seem to move from my current weight. I am at 140 and I want to get down to 130. I am unsure of what to do because everything I have tried is not working.

    I lost 7kg of weight, you just need to increase your physical activity, ensure that you get your calories down to about 2000 calories for the day. Certain machines have ‘fat burning’ programs, I suggest that you try those. I just read recently that a University study found that people who consumed half a grapefruit before a main meal, didn’t use as many calories from that particular meal or absorb as much fat. So thats a good idea as well. There is also a herb called Hoodia that stops you feeling hungry. It takes time, it took me 3 months to lose that amount of weight.

    You need to exercise a bit or you will get puffed no matter what you do because you are unfit. Losing weight fast, I would suggest a closely watched diet (probably by a nutritionist if you have breathing problems as you will have to watch your diet for life). Pepsi still contains calories, even diet pepsi (the calories are hidden due to conversions with artificial sugars in the body). Switch to water. It may not be fizzy but it really is so much healthier and can’t be beat.

    I dont think u have to cut back on what u eat. In fact counting on the calories sometimes doesnt work simply because u can still eat the wrong type of food. Many people focus on working out a lot, but forget about the food which is extremely important when u want to lose weight.
    The only simple way to loose weight fast is to raise your metabolism, to burn more fat. not to starve yourself because your body is very intellident, it can detect when you are lack of calories from food and makes u feel sleepy to restore calories for the body.
    Eat negative calories or high fiber food: Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, lettuce & zucchini. Because these food require a lot of calories to digest so in return the more you eat the more calories you can burn without doing anything.
    Fruits that are good for you are apple, grapefruit ( as much as possible , no harm ) or any other type of citrus like pomelo or orange.
    Eat many small meals rather than 2 or 3 big meals. Because if u do so you will get your body to work all the time to digest the food and it will keep your body digestion up => burn more calories.
    Drink a lot of green tea. Good for your health, delicious and high antioxident. Not only for weight loss but also for better looking skin.
    Exercise regularly helps, like walking, running or swimming burns more calories. Go to sauna or swimming, dogwalking, clean up your house more often, housework chore, if ur lazy. Keep yourself active even when ur lazy 😀 .
    Spicy food help boost metabolism.
    Eat more fish and beef, mincemeat . if you eat chicken dont eat the skin.
    Drink omega 3 fish oil supplement to have better concentration and memory, and omega 3 fish oil helps the body to prevent restore fat.

    Hi. The problem you are experiencing is a very common one. And the reason is simple. Your body doesn’t want to loose it. So for you to be able to loose it you need to trick your body and you do that by varying your caloric intake on a day-to-day-basis. You don’t need to go very much down on your calories, I would recommend perhaps 200 calories under your basic metabolic rate(google and you’ll find a calculator). You also have to be super careful with what you eat. Cut down on sugar and sodium. What you eat should be super healthy. You don’t have to slave in the gym, 4 times of fairly intense work out should do you good. And also make sure you drink a lot of water..
