How to lose bum fat in two weeks?

I have fat on my bum and i don’t like it at all,i have tried squats and lunges but apparently they make your bum bigger,is there any exercises that will ACTUALLY work?any other exercises would help thanks so much!:)

    The best way to lose weight on the glutious maximas is get them legs moving get on the CV. Interval training is a great way to get in shape. The quicker your hearts beats the quicker your metabilism works meaning you burn more calaroies. Do some classes like Body Combat, Spin classes/RPM

    Exercises like lunges and squats are great exercises for the lower half of the body and they promote muscle growth. The most important thing is to have a balanced diet, you must have good nutrition. Once ou lose the bum fat then start doing Pilate classes this will tone you up all over and you get to meet new people, you can also to CV Pilates 🙂
