Has anyone tried weight loss pills that work?

I am looking for ideas from anyone who has tried any weight loss pills that actually worked. Something without any nasty side effects?

I haven’t been using it long enough to see if it works, but my friends have lost a lot of weight with the Alli pill. It’s a bit pricey, but it is the only weight loss pill that has been FDA approved.

I tried some prescribed by my doctor about 18 years ago , that was when you could still go to slimming centres run by dodgy private drs and they prescribed you amphetimines, but thats all banned now, I think and good job that stuff kills people . So I would be interested to hear from others about their experiences with other slimming pills.

I did have diet pills years ago and yes they worked, however, they made me so paranoid I came off them.

My husband is diabetic and needs to lose weight and the doctor mentioned maybe pills would be an option so I guess they are available and if they are from the doctor they are probably ok.

Why not discuss it with your doctor?

My pal was buying them off eBay but I heard they are REALLY bad for you.

Its simple mathematics, if you burn more calories than you intake, you will use weight. These companies make millions off people that should really just exercise

don’t know where you are but here in the UK the best ones are from holland & barratt, called:

    KLB6

I’ve just started taking some green tea tablets and the results have been amazing.

If you want to get some, only get them from a health food shop because you can be much more certain of the natural ingredients and less chance of “nasty side effects”

Sadly tho, there’s no real substitute for proper diet and exercise!

Prescribed, and some illegal weight loss pills do initially result in weight loss. However only perhaps Xenical has been shown to produce any real level of sustained loss. Statistically unfortunately 2 in 3 dieters who use diet alone, with or without pills, but without vigorous regular exercise, actually end up heavier!

Prescription for Adipex…worked great for me.

Xenical can be had from your Doctor but you must show that you can lose some weight by dieting alone and the nasty side affects start only when you eat to much fat. It does make you start to think about everything you eat. Eat a lot of fat and it just goes right through you

They DON’T work. And they’re bad for you. Plenty of excercise and cut down on bad food.

Phentermine was ok. Were pretty good results. I have switched to Acomplia since it is hard to get good Phentermine these days. Did not like the se “what you call – nasty sides” either.

Also a complia show much better results. been taking it for 2 months now. Ordered from this site – http://www.generic-pharmacy.net/generic-acomplia.html?affid=5156 . Took 10 days to

    receive the stuff.

“Acomplia (Rimonabant) is an anorectic anti obesity drug. It is a CB1 cannabinoid receptor antagonist. Rimonabant has been found to stop food

craving enough to help people lose weight, and could also help curb other unhealthy urges, such as smoking.

This is a non-control weightloss solution that in one study, helped people who were overweight drop an average of 20 pounds, and was found to

be very useful for patients who suffer from obesity. “
