This isn’t a weight loss program, but I lost weight a lot of weight by eating the right foods and exercising.
-Avoid foods in saturated fat and added sugar
-Eat in your calorie range (you can google this)
-Exercise a few times a week whether it’s walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, yoga, or playing a sport
-Keep active. Try taking the stairs instead of taking the elevator
-Don’t eat foods high in fat
-Make dinner and avoid going out to restaurants
-Skip dessert
-Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals
-Stay motivated
-Drink water

It all depends on the way you are motivated. If you like to be restricted to a certain allowance each day then probably weight watchers is good for you. If you just want to eat healthy & exercise to lose weight then The Food Doctor –Ian Marber ,is a really good, sensible,” middle of the road “plan. No counting or weighing. Just good common sense. Its not magic or quick but so easy. I’ve read lots of diet books & magazines (mostly to get me motivated) from the way-out to really stupid & he makes most sense. He explains how eating too many simple cabs make you hungry again very quickly, things like sugar, white bread, pasta, anything made with white flour. He suggests 3 meals & 2 snacks each day, making sure you have some protein in each of these & some fat because these keep you satisfied for longer. Which ever way you choose to tackle this its your motivation & determination which really works,–whatever diet! So good luck, & keep trying! ps. Try The Food Doctor web site. He also has written books like The Food Doctor everyday diet which has recipes etc.

Weight loss was a huge problem for me until I used acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, however they sure worked for me, and they’ve been shown on CBS News too. There’s a free trial happening at the moment at http://delilpy.sci123.com, why not check it out , why not?

Acia berry is not bad but, I have found a better solution called isagenix! It makes me feel better and has improved my health, you cleanse every 2 weeks, then back on your regular daily Ionix, shake, (mens or womens) mulit-vitamins, and anti-oxidiants. It can really change your life and make you a healthier!!! If your interested in knowing more, go to http://www.dougchambers.Isagenix.com

I had the best luck with Acai Berry. I have to date lost 63 lbs. and am still losing. I have tried every diet and every pill out there and this has been a lifesaver for me and also my sister. I am recommending to everyone I know that wants to lose some weight. Here is a link I found for what I had used.

I also do light excercise 30 min. a day 5 days a week.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
