    im no expert but all 3 you want to stay hydrated because you need the water to be able to burn calories if you dont drink enough then you wont really be burning anything

    Don’t drink a lot of water DURING exercise. It will make you sick. It’s okay to sip on it while you exercise. I know you will probably be thirsty and want to slam it while exercising, but trust me, I found out the hard way. You will throw up. You should drink water all day long. As long as you are getting your 64 ounces a day I don’t think it matters what time of day it is drank.
