jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

My boyfriend is a CPT and I always ask him what I can do and he always answers the same thing… CARDIO. Riding a bike for about 45 min at a good pace, or jogging. Good luck, I’m with you on this one!

I would advice you do 3 things to lose weight around the midriff:
1. Start using free weights, a lot of people avoid weights because they seem to think they’ll become Arnie in a week, this is far from the truth, the majority of us do not have the genetics and steroids to look like this, what will happen you use free weights is you’ll see a major difference in body fat reduction.
2. Up your protein intake. Consuming more protein helps you burn more calories at rest, which is also great for burning abdominal fat, adding a teaspoon of coconut oil to a protein shake or scrambled egg speeds up the process even more, this was discovered when farmers fed their cows coconut oil in hope of the cows getting fatter, but instead the cows lost weight, studies discovered because of the high MCT content in coconut oil, this is what caused the weight loss in the cows.
3. Cardio on an empty stomach. doing aerobic work on a empty stomach first thing in the morning is a good way to burn body fat, because it forces your body to use it’s fat stores for fuel, because you’re running on empty.
I hope this helps, if you’ll like a specified fitness and diet programme to guarantee results you can visit me at http://www.sculptrexfitness.co.uk

Thank you for this article ,
i have a tip also:
If you hate running, remember, you do not have to run a
marathon to stay fit. 10 minutes of cardio each day is
good enough for most.
