its always all about healthy lose weight diets. im too thin and would really like a bit of weight so id be comfortable in t shirts

    It’s pretty much the same as with losing weight except you want calorie surplus, not deficit. Try to eat at least 500 calories more a day than what you require for maintenance.

    You still should eat 5-6 meals a day to maintain a proper, healthy metabolism. (You may be annoyed with your metabolism now, but trying to screw around with it could end up causing you a lot of grief later in life.)
