What would be better to do for fat loss by this summer?

Would it be better for me to do 5 days of cardio (High interval training) Or 3 days of cardio (High interval training) and 2 days of strength training?
Please help! im looking to lose 5-10 pound 🙂

    The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less food and workout more often, the problems surface when we actually attempt to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there don’t you think?!
