what really promotes fat loss, besides diet and exercise?

im not fat but i want to lose that few extra abdominal fat, to have lean abdominal ,

are there any supplements that help me reduce fat fast ?

do acia berry really work?

    You can’t target fat loss. Your body decides where it’s going to lose the fat and really, you can’t do anything about it. You can continue to try to shed a few extra pounds and hope it drops from your belly. And you can target muscle generation, so you can try crunches and other ab exercises to get things going.

    You can also help raise your metabolism. There are a few ways to do that such as green tea, spicy food and lots of fruits and veggies.

    Acai berry juice has been debunked recently, so I wouldn’t waste my money on that.
