Weight loss question?

I only want to loose about 30 pounds, but dieting is quite difficult as i’m still at home and so my mum controls all the meals, and its mostly carbohydrates.
I do regular exercise, but it dosen’t seem to change my weight. does anyone have advise on how to loose the weight quickly?

    I would suggest keeping your exercise regimen, eating a healthy breakfast and portion control when you eat lunch and dinner.Also cut all soda out of your diet and drink water regularly. You will see a healthy difference.

    drink a lot of water, and make sure those carbohydrates have a lot of fiber in them! exercise during commericials by doing sit ups until ur show comes back on.

    Have you tried talking to your mom and asking her if she could incorporate more healthy options for you?

    Portion control is huge! You can over eat on anything…even “healthy” foods. And carbs aren’t bad, your body needs carbs to convert into energy, you just needs to watch how many you consume. When you eat too many carbs your body will store it as fat for future use.

    Try to add more fresh fruits & veggies into your diet. I know this is very hard…I’m fighting that battle myself, but I have found that some vegetables are tolerable if you mask them with something you like. For instance, I made brownies yesterday with fresh baby spinach mixed into the batter.

    Cut out sugary soft drinks/sodas and drink more water and natural fruit juices. I have done this and lost weight doing that alone!

    Do at least 30 minutes of good cardiovascular exercise daily!

    Lastly, be consistant. Eat 3 small meals and 2 healthy snacks daily, around the same time each day, exercise around the same time each day, go to bed around the same time each night and make sure you get plenty of rest!

    Also…I almost forgot…DO NOT eat less than 3 hours before bed. Example: if bedtime is 9:00pm, do not eat past 6:00pm.

    the only way to do it is to join a gym as you said you don’t see any difference with the exercise you do, so go join a gym and tell your trainer to find you a workout program for your situation, eat healthy, cut junk foods, sweets, sodas and start eat healthy . at gym is much better, you will hard give up and you will stay focused and motivated on your goal as you seeing others do the same. so hope i helped!!!
