How many calories should I eat a day?

Reading my work out plan, tell me how many calories I should eat a day. Because I know your supposed to eat more when you work out. (calories that is) Run 2 1/2 – 3 miles or (29 minutes of cardio) then i’ll do some chest excersises and arms then on the next day do my legs and lower body. I work out about 4-5 times a week. Maybe 3 of those days after im done running and I eat dinner I rollerblade about 4-5 miles. How many calories do you think I should be taking in? Please someone let me know a professional answer. Thanks.
also just to give more detail, im 22 years old, im 170-175 pounds and im 6’0 foot tall. (don’t know if that matters in how many calories i should eat.)

    If you want to maintain your weight, eat about 2500-3000 calories a day. If you want to lose weight, cut it down to 2000-2500. My husband is almost exactly your size, and he eats A LOT more than me, and still manages to lose weight. 😉

    The normal range is 1200 to 1500 per day, but you are exercising alot….

    you need some extra protien for your muscles. are you trying to stay really lean and tone? are you trying to burn fat?

    You should really talk with your MD.

    I would think between 1500 and 1800 (or even 2000) but you should really check with a healthcare professional.
