How can I be more confident ?

Confidence is vital to a healthy self-esteem; plus, according to the Law of Attraction, projecting confidence will make people have confidence in you. As much good as it does to have confidence in yourself, some people still lack it. Their low self-confidence may stem from a number of reasons, but they are all correctable.

Being confident is all in the mind. All you have to do is decide that you want to be more confident, and you will be; but there are things that you can do to help you achieve this mindset. One of the best ways to do this is to get complimented a lot. After all, who can feel bad about themselves when they are receiving compliments all day long? But how do you get people to compliment you? Try these easy steps to help yourself attract more compliments throughout the day:

1. Go to the mall and look at various clothing items, until you find something that makes you say “Wow!” Once you find this item, buy it. Wearing an outfit that you know people will love will help you feel more confident throughout the day. Having people stop you to compliment you on your outfit won’t hurt either.

2. Eat healthier! This will increase your confidence in two ways. First, it will help you lose weight (as long as you practice portion control,) which will cause those who know you to notice how good you look and to compliment you on it. Secondly, your body will begin to feel better. The better you feel better physically, the better you are more likely to feel about yourself mentally.

The next time you need a confidence boost, try these tips and remember that anyone can make themselves feel more confident, if they just put their mind to it!
