How can you lose weight so fast?

I know people who follow strict diets at less than 800 or 700 or 600 etc… calories a day and they incorporate rigorous exercise and lose weight at the rate of almost 1lb if not 1lb a day? I do it a bit different I eat anything I want but for me it’s all about portion control and eating in moderation, plus exercise. I lose at a much slower rate. How do I lose weight as quick as them?

    well first off eating less will actually make u gain weight because it slows your metabolism. eating RIGHT and eating till ur full will help u lose weight (along w/ exercise). running and swimming burn the most calories out of anything. couple that w/ eating right and eating enough and u will definitely lose weight pretty fast

    This may not be the answer for you, but have you ever tried smoking?Smoking, blazing, popping ecstacy, these are all ways to lose weight THE EASY WAY, but then again, you are using drugs.
    If you really want to start losing weight fast, you can try cigarettes…
