How to stop sagging breasts with weightloss?
Over the past 6 months I have lost 60 lbs. I used to have big round perky breasts. Now they are sagging to the point they don’t look like breasts at all. My nipples touch my stomach, and I feel so un-feminine. It makes me very depressed, and I was wondering how I could salvage them and get my womenhood back? How can I prevent sagging with future weightloss??
This is not a joke. I’m seriously desperate.

All I can think of is get pregnant or having surgery. I think surgery is cheaper

you have to do chest strength excersised. try pressing both of your palms together in sets of 50 holding for 5 seconds each. do it for a week every day and you should notice some difference.
Other wise, drink vitamin D Tablets to help speed things up.
The vitamin D Increases the growth in the cells in your breasts which should help plump them up a bit.
Hope i helped 🙂

Working your chest muscles sort of helps firm up your breast and pull them up again.
Workout your pecs/chest muscles – I don’t really know any off the top of my head but Google some or Youtube some pec workouts.
There is always the option of surgery to help them but try the workouts first. It’ll take time but it’ll be worth it. 😀 Don’t let it get you down too much. For now buy a good bra that lifts and keep the workouts up.
Good luck.
