Does The Fat Loss Factor Work?

Hi

I’m looking for honest reviews and opinions on The Fat Loss Factor program by Dr. Michael Allen.
Does anyone here know if this program actually works? And is it easy to follow this program?
I will really appreciate if someone will share his own experience with The Fat Loss Factor and will tell me what he thinks about it.
Thanks

Thanks for this i have found a natural way to loose weight..just adding MeritVCO extra virgin coconut oil from http://www.excelcombine.com

We’ve been told for years that we should avoid fat as much as possible. Some people have been on a torturous low-fat regimen, trying to avoid all fat in their diet. Now we are learning about the dangers of low-fat diets. You have probably heard of some health benefits of coconut oil.

This is the oil that has caused such phenomenal weight loss success for many people. Virgin coconut oil works because it is made up predominantly of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) that burn up quickly in the body. You don’t have to avoid any type of food. And, you can prepare an infusion by adding a tablespoon of coconut oil to your favourite hot drink.

    Hey

I bought The Fat Loss Factor program before 6 weeks and overall I’m very satisfied with the results so far.
In brief this is a 12 week program that is based on combination of strength training and nutritional guidelines.

One thing that I really liked about this program is that it consists of detailed workout plans for three different levels of trainees: beginner, intermediate and advanced, so you are able to do these workouts regardless of your current fitness level.

I also liked the fact that The Fat Loss Factor program encourages the intake of organic foods and fresh fruit and vegetables, which makes it a healthy diet, much like the Mediterranean diet.

Overall I think that The Fat Loss Factor program is a very good program for anyone looking for a comprehensive and effective fitness program in affordable price.

Anyhow, if you want to learn more about the pros and cons of The Fat Loss Factor program and to actually find if this program is really for you, below is an in depth review about this product that was very helpful for me.

Hope that it helps and all the best!
