I had too much fat in all the wrong places until I tried out colon cleanse, I realize they say that pills will not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too. There is a free trial happening right now at http://tadeft.loseweightstore.info , give it a try, what have you got to lose?

I think I would work pretty well. Fat Burning Furnace is basically about high intensity training (HIT), which really isn’t anything new. You’re essentially just using resistance exercises to burn fat really efficiently.

The guy behind Fat Burning Furnace has really streamlined high intensity training workouts a lot. If you follow his plan you can melt away the fat in as little as 15 minutes three times a week.

When you get Fat Burning Furnace, you get a 161 page e-book that tells you how to do the exercises. They have illustrations too so you know you’re doing them correctly. It also covers some other things like why conventional weight loss diets and workouts don’t really work that well.

It’s a pretty good program, and if you stick with it, you’ll have good success. This isn’t some kind of “magic pill” though. You’ll have to actually do the work to lose the weight.
