What are some good simple low carb recipes for snacks for work?

Also any other low carb simple dinner or lunch recipes would be great.

    Snack:
    1Make wraps with deli meat and cheese slices rolled in a large lettuce leaf

    3. carrot sticks with dill dip

    Dinner:
    1. Stir Fry some pre cut veggies in soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil and Chicken or beef strips. Some stores sell raw veggies for stir fry in the section with the salad mixes.

    2. Get some frozen Chicken ( frozen tyson boneless skinless) place in pan with 1 cup chopped onion, 1tsp oregano, pinch of salt, and 1 can low sodium cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. Bake until done and serve with a salad.

    3. Make a vegetable beef stew and leave out the corn, peas and potatoes which are high in carbs.

    4. buy frozen fish fillets of talapia or cod, thaw them so they are thawed but still firm. Now hand batter them in a low carb mixture made of crushed italian cruton crumbs (this way u can measure the carbs) and a dash of Tony Sascheries seasoning. Batter them by dipping in low carb milk then rolling in mix until just covered. Fry in extra virgin olive oil. Serve with tropical salad.
