If you’ve asked a roommate to quit smoking indoors 3x+ and they aren’t stopping, what is the next step?
I’ve also let my roommate know that I am allergic to nicotine and that I can’t handle it in the apartment. He continues on smoking because “it’s too cold outside” “there’s too many mosquitoes”. What would all of you do in my situation?

Start looking for somewhere else to live, if he won’t listen to you on this one, then he’s going to ignore you on other things.
Maybe you could tell him that unless he stops smoking indoors you will move out, this may shock him into stopping (although be prepared to move out if he refuses).

Move out or kick your room mate out. If this is in a dorm you should be able to tell someone that can do something about it.
