Do people really still think low carb diets are good for you?

Its nothing but fat and protein with almost 0 fiber to push it through your liver. Not to mention what its doing to your heart and veins. I would rather smoke a pack of smokes a day than follow a low carb diet. JUST STOP EATING SO MANY CALORIES!!! Good day to you

    I have felt that desparate at one point in my life
    people just want a way out of feeling like crap as fast as possible
    fad diets are seen as a way to escape low self esteem, so that one can go and try on trendy clothes, feel great, etc.
    but I lost some weight through cardio, strength training and eating healthy, and realize that it is worth the effort to see true results, instead of having quick results without the true effort (plus the fat would come back anyways)
