Can anybody point out to me a fitness program? (New Year’s resolution)?
I am by no means overweight. Sure, I did overeat a bit during Christmas and I probably need to shed 5-6 pounds but that’s not a problem to me. I have been working out for the past 3-4 years but never in an organized manner. If I feel like running, I’ll run. If I feel like weights, I’ll do some weights.
My desire is to start working out using a schedule. I don’t want to buff up, just maintenance and toning. I could use some help with my eating habits as well.
So does anybody have any tips or knows a good website with working out routines that actually work?
