would eating coffee beans and drinking lots of water make you lose weight fast?

i heard if u eat alot of coffee beans and drink alot of water it helps u lose weight fast is that true? and do u know any diet pills to lose weight Fast THAT REALY WORK. and i don’t want replies about health ways to do it.

    First things first…did you put on this weight overnight? No right? So what makes you think you can take it off overnight?

    The faster you lose weight, the faster it will COME BACK!
    I know you don’t want replies for healthy ways to do it, but that is the ONLY way you can lose weight and keep it off without always always monitoring your diet and exercise plan.

    Caffeine will boost your metabolism a tiny bit. So tiny, in fact, you probably won’t notice anything except nervousness, loss of sleep, anxiety, etc. If you want caffeine, don’t eat coffee beans. Go buy it in the store. It’s dirt cheap.

    Water won’t help you lose fat so you can forget that.

    In short, “NO!”. Eating coffee beans and drinking lots of water won’t help you lost weight fast or slow. You’ll probably gain weight from the water. It’s a pound a pint.
